Affordable Homes Now Available Near Calgary

Detached home prices near Calgary have dropped in several communities, with Chestermere experiencing the largest decline of 4.6% to $771,900. Airdrie and Cochrane saw decreases of 4.5% and 3.9%, respectively. Canmore's prices fell 2.4% but remain highest at $1,681,400. High River had the lowest price at $573,200, down 1.6%. Strathmore was the only area with a 3.5% price increase to $579,400.
